TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CryptoAppsy mobile application (the “App”) provided by LK Yazilim Veri ve Medya Limited Sirketi (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, available at [https://lk.software/privacy-policy/].
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
2.1 The App offers the following auto-renewing subscription:
- Title: Monthly Premium Subscription
- Duration: 1 month, automatically renewable
- Price: ₺9.99 per month
2.2 Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings after purchase. You cannot cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software—are the exclusive property of the Company or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not allow others to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App;
- Circumvent any technical protection measures in the app;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at [https://lk.software/privacy-policy/], explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users.
6. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
